Today is Saturday, the 21st of March, 2020. We are at T-2 and counting, less than forty-eight hours and we'll be in the air on our way back to Canada.
After over two days of dull and rainy weather, we finally have sunshine and gusty winds with golfers no longer on the adjacent course.
One scary thought we had was what would it be like if we didn't have any Internet. Twenty-five years ago, we would have been dependent on basic television --- and not the multi-channel universe --- for information and the basic telephone for communications.
If there is a silver lining in this situation it will be an awareness that maybe we've been going too fast and, in the process, missing the boat... missing what's truly important.
